Parklands Reading Blog Competition
There is going to be a reading competition in your year groups.
You will need to write an in-depth book review about a book you have read.
The winners’ articles will be published on the school website for everyone to see; there will be one winner per year group.
Reviews must be handed to Miss Ruck by 15th December 2017.
You must include the following:
· Author of the book
· Genre of the book
· Summarise the key events
· Your personal response to the book, including reasons
Year 5 and 6 must also include:
· Themes that are identified in the text, providing examples
· A short analysis of the main character
